Shipping Policy – Grumbleberry
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how physical orders placed through Grumbleberry.com are produced, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
Grumbleberry is a Becca Bleu site offering physical and digital art-based products. Our physical products are currently manufactured and shipped through third-party production and fulfillment partners.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, particularly the sections regarding shipping addresses, carrier responsibility, tracking, and packages marked as delivered.
United States Shipping Only
Grumbleberry currently sells and ships products within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders using an unsupported shipping destination may be rejected or canceled.
Free Shipping
Grumbleberry currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying physical orders within the United States.
There is no separate standard shipping charge added to qualifying orders at checkout.
Free shipping applies to the original shipment of your order. It does not include:
-
Return shipping
-
Reshipping required because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address
-
Additional shipping resulting from customer error
-
Other shipping expenses specifically identified as the customer's responsibility under this policy or our Refunds & Returns Policy
If Grumbleberry or one of our production or fulfillment partners causes a shipping-address error, the customer will not be charged to correct our mistake.
Digital Products Do Not Require Shipping
Digital products, including products such as Procreate brushes and other downloadable creative resources, are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.
No shipping charge applies to digital-only products.
Digital products are subject to the terms described in our Refunds & Returns Policy, Terms of Service, and any license accompanying the applicable digital product.
How Physical Products Are Fulfilled
Grumbleberry currently works with third-party production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship physical products.
This allows Grumbleberry to offer a growing collection of products without maintaining every item in a single warehouse.
Physical products may include:
-
Desk mats
-
Mousepads
-
Mugs
-
Hoodies
-
Sweaters and other apparel
-
Blankets
-
Coloring books
-
Other physical products added to Grumbleberry over time
Many products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
As Grumbleberry grows, we may eventually stock or ship certain products ourselves. If fulfillment methods change, the shipping information applicable to those products may also change.
Orders May Ship Separately
Not every Grumbleberry product is necessarily manufactured at the same facility.
If your order contains multiple products, those products may be produced by different fulfillment partners or at different production facilities.
As a result:
-
Products from the same order may ship separately.
-
Packages may leave production on different days.
-
Packages may use different shipping carriers.
-
You may receive more than one tracking number.
-
One product may arrive before another product from the same order.
Receiving only part of a multi-item order does not necessarily mean that the remainder of the order is missing.
Please review all available tracking information before contacting us about a partial delivery.
Production and Processing Times
Because many Grumbleberry products are made after an order is placed, there is a production period before the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Production and processing times vary by product and production facility.
Any production or processing timeframe displayed on Grumbleberry.com is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.
Production may occasionally take longer because of:
-
High order volume
-
Seasonal demand
-
Holidays
-
Production facility workload
-
Supply availability
-
Equipment interruptions
-
Quality-control issues
-
Severe weather
-
Other circumstances outside Grumbleberry's reasonable control
Production time and shipping time are separate.
An item still being produced has not yet entered the shipping carrier's network.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Any estimated delivery date provided on Grumbleberry.com, during checkout, through an order confirmation, by a production partner, or through a shipping carrier is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Grumbleberry cannot guarantee that an order will arrive by a particular birthday, holiday, event, vacation, anniversary, or other date.
Please order time-sensitive products with sufficient time for both production and shipping.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information after an order has shipped.
Tracking may be provided through:
-
An order confirmation or shipping notification
-
Your Grumbleberry customer account, when applicable
-
Email
-
The applicable shipping carrier's tracking system
Please allow time for tracking information to begin updating after a shipping label is created.
A shipping label may sometimes be created before the carrier performs its first physical scan of the package.
A Shipping Label Does Not Always Mean the Package Is Moving Yet
There may be a period between the creation of a shipping label and the first carrier scan.
During this time, tracking may display a status such as:
-
Label Created
-
Pre-Shipment
-
Shipment Information Received
-
Awaiting Item
-
Carrier Awaiting Package
-
Another similar status
This does not necessarily mean that anything is wrong with your order.
Tracking information generally becomes more detailed after the carrier physically receives and scans the package.
Once Your Package Leaves the Production Facility
Please read this section carefully.
Once your completed order leaves the production or fulfillment facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, Grumbleberry no longer has physical possession or control of your package.
The shipping carrier is responsible for physically transporting the package from that point forward.
Grumbleberry does not own or operate USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other independent shipping carriers. We do not control their trucks, airplanes, employees, sorting facilities, delivery routes, schedules, scanning equipment, or delivery decisions.
Once your package is in the carrier's possession, Grumbleberry cannot control:
-
Where the package travels
-
Which sorting facility handles it
-
How quickly it moves between facilities
-
When tracking scans occur
-
Whether a tracking scan is missed
-
Whether tracking information is delayed
-
The route used by the carrier
-
Carrier staffing
-
Transportation delays
-
Weather-related delays
-
Delivery schedules
-
Delivery attempts
-
Where a delivery driver places a package
-
Carrier routing mistakes
-
Carrier misdelivery
-
Other events occurring within the carrier's transportation network
We can manufacture your product, provide your shipping information to the appropriate fulfillment service, and provide tracking when available.
We cannot control a package after the carrier takes possession of it.
We Do Not Have Secret Tracking Information
This is especially important when a package is delayed.
Grumbleberry generally sees the same tracking information that you see.
We do not have a private map showing the exact physical location of your package.
We cannot see inside a postal sorting facility.
We cannot see which truck contains your package.
We cannot see an unrecorded carrier scan.
We cannot determine why a carrier has not scanned a package unless the carrier provides that information.
We cannot see a more detailed version of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier's tracking system simply because we are the seller.
If the carrier's tracking page has not updated, Grumbleberry generally does not have an additional tracking screen that will tell us where the package is.
Contact the Carrier for In-Transit Package Questions
Once your package is in the shipping carrier's possession, the carrier is the appropriate party to contact regarding its physical location or delivery status.
If your package:
-
Has stopped moving according to tracking
-
Has missed an expected delivery date
-
Has unusual tracking information
-
Appears to be traveling in the wrong direction
-
Shows an unsuccessful delivery attempt
-
Has been delayed at a sorting facility
-
Has not received a recent tracking scan
-
Is marked delivered but cannot be located
please contact the applicable shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
The carrier physically possesses and transports the package and is therefore in the best position to investigate what is happening within its network.
Grumbleberry is happy to provide the tracking information associated with your order when available, but we generally cannot provide information that the carrier itself has not provided.
Carrier Delays
Shipping delays can occur.
Possible causes include:
-
Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Holiday shipping volume
-
Carrier staffing shortages
-
Transportation interruptions
-
Sorting facility delays
-
Equipment failures
-
Regional disruptions
-
Incorrect carrier routing
-
Missed tracking scans
-
Other circumstances outside Grumbleberry's control
A carrier delay does not mean that the package has necessarily been lost.
Packages sometimes begin moving again after several days without a tracking update.
Grumbleberry cannot guarantee carrier transit times and is not responsible for delays occurring after a package has entered the carrier's possession, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Packages Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking says “Delivered” and you do not see your package, please give it a few days before assuming it is permanently missing.
Shipping carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.
A package may be scanned as delivered before it physically arrives at your address. In some cases, the package appears later that day or within the following few days.
A “Delivered” tracking status therefore does not always mean that the package was physically placed at your door at the exact moment the tracking status changed.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please:
-
Wait a few days to see whether the package appears.
-
Check your mailbox.
-
Check your front porch and other entrances.
-
Check side and back doors.
-
Check your garage, carport, gate, or other sheltered areas.
-
Check parcel lockers or designated package locations.
-
Ask other members of your household whether they brought the package inside.
-
Check with nearby neighbors when appropriate.
-
Verify that the shipping address entered on your order was correct.
-
Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number if the package still cannot be located.
The carrier may be able to review information related to the delivery that is not available through ordinary public tracking.
Why Grumbleberry Cannot Locate a Delivered Package for You
Once a carrier reports that a package has been delivered, Grumbleberry does not have physical access to the package or the delivery location.
We cannot determine whether a driver:
-
Left the package at a side door
-
Put it in a parcel locker
-
Left it with another household member
-
Delivered it to a nearby location
-
Scanned it prematurely
-
Made another delivery-related error
Those questions must be investigated through the carrier responsible for the delivery.
Grumbleberry generally receives the same tracking status that the customer receives.
Lost Packages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grumbleberry is not responsible for packages that become lost after being transferred to the shipping carrier.
If tracking indicates that a package may be lost within the carrier's network, please contact the carrier directly and follow its procedures for investigating a missing shipment.
The carrier is responsible for determining what happened to a package while it was within the carrier's possession.
A package that is delayed or has not received a recent scan is not necessarily lost.
Stolen Packages
Grumbleberry is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
Once a carrier has completed delivery, Grumbleberry cannot control what happens to a package at the delivery location.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate location where packages can be delivered.
If you believe a delivered package was stolen, you may wish to contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, local authorities or other relevant parties.
A stolen package does not qualify as a damaged or defective product under Grumbleberry's replacement policy.
Misdelivered Packages
If you believe the shipping carrier delivered your package to the wrong location despite the order containing the correct shipping address, please contact the carrier directly.
Carrier misdelivery occurs after the package has entered the carrier's possession and generally must be investigated by that carrier.
Grumbleberry does not have the ability to determine where a carrier physically placed a package.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address when placing an order.
Before submitting your order, please verify:
-
Your full name
-
Street address
-
Apartment or unit number, when applicable
-
City
-
State
-
ZIP code
-
Any other information necessary for successful delivery
Grumbleberry is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Address errors can cause packages to be delayed, misdelivered, returned, or otherwise become undeliverable.
Examples include:
-
Incorrect street numbers
-
Incorrect street names
-
Missing apartment or unit numbers
-
Incorrect ZIP codes
-
Incorrect cities or states
-
Old addresses
-
Misspelled addresses
-
Incomplete addresses
If you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address and your order must be shipped again, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
This applies even though Grumbleberry normally provides free shipping on the original qualifying shipment.
Free shipping does not cover additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
A carrier may return a package to the sender or fulfillment facility when it cannot be successfully delivered.
This can occur because of:
-
An incorrect address
-
An incomplete address
-
A missing apartment or unit number
-
An undeliverable address
-
A refused package
-
Failure to retrieve a package when required
-
Other delivery problems
If a package is returned because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer or another issue for which the customer is responsible, the customer may be required to pay the applicable cost of reshipping the order.
Please contact hello@grumbleberry.com if tracking shows that your package is being returned.
Address Changes After an Order Is Placed
If you realize that you entered the wrong shipping address, contact hello@grumbleberry.com as quickly as possible.
We will make a reasonable effort to correct the address if the order has not yet progressed too far through production or fulfillment.
However, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or the shipping carrier's network, we may no longer be able to modify the shipping address.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing checkout.
Damaged Products
A product that physically arrives damaged is different from a package that is delayed, lost, stolen, or misdelivered.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact hello@grumbleberry.com and provide clear photographic evidence.
Depending on the issue, we may request:
-
A photograph of the entire product
-
Close-up photographs of the damage or defect
-
Photographs of the packaging
-
Photographs of shipping damage
-
Photographs of the shipping label
-
Your order information
-
Additional photographs or information reasonably necessary to review the claim
Providing photographs does not automatically guarantee approval.
Grumbleberry reviews each claim and determines whether the available evidence demonstrates a legitimate manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, or qualifying shipping-related problem.
Approved Damage Claims Receive Replacements
If Grumbleberry approves a claim involving a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect physical product, the remedy is a replacement, not a monetary refund.
Approved items generally do not need to be mailed back to Grumbleberry.
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement through the applicable production or fulfillment partner.
Intentional damage, customer-caused damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage occurring after delivery does not qualify for replacement.
Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy for complete replacement requirements.
Replacement Shipments
Approved replacement products are shipped according to the production and shipping process applicable to the replacement item.
A replacement may need to be manufactured before it can be shipped.
Replacement production and shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Order Cancellations
Because many Grumbleberry products are made specifically after an order is submitted, production may begin shortly after purchase.
Cancellation requests are therefore not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact hello@grumbleberry.com as soon as possible.
If production has not begun and the order can still be canceled through the applicable production partner, we may be able to cancel it.
Once production has begun or the order has progressed beyond the point at which cancellation is possible, the order cannot be canceled.
Refused Deliveries
Customers should not refuse delivery as a substitute for following Grumbleberry's return procedure.
Refusing a package does not automatically create an approved return or refund.
If you wish to return an eligible physical product, contact hello@grumbleberry.com within the applicable return period and follow the instructions provided in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Grumbleberry is not responsible for packages lost after a customer refuses delivery or sends an item somewhere other than the return address provided by Grumbleberry.
Shipping Problems Are Not Product Defects
Carrier delays, missed tracking scans, lost packages, stolen packages, premature delivery scans, and carrier misdelivery are shipping or carrier issues.
They are not manufacturing defects.
Grumbleberry's replacement policy for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products does not automatically apply to carrier-related tracking or delivery problems.
Holidays and High-Volume Periods
Production facilities and shipping carriers may experience increased demand during holidays and other high-volume periods.
Both production and transit may take longer during these periods.
If you are ordering a product for a holiday, birthday, or other time-sensitive occasion, please order as early as possible.
Grumbleberry cannot guarantee delivery by a particular event or date.
Severe Weather and Events Outside Our Control
Production or delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Grumbleberry's reasonable control.
These may include:
-
Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Transportation interruptions
-
Carrier disruptions
-
Power outages
-
Production facility interruptions
-
Government actions
-
Emergencies
-
Other unexpected events
Grumbleberry is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
