Frequently Asked Questions
What is Grumbleberry?
Grumbleberry is an independent art and gift shop created by artist Becca Bleu. Our products feature primarily original, hand-drawn artwork filled with cute characters, cozy designs, sarcastic sayings, and the occasional mildly unhinged possum.
What kinds of products do you sell?
Grumbleberry offers a growing collection of desk mats, mousepads, mugs, blankets, hoodies, sweaters, coloring books, digital Procreate brushes, and other art-based goodies. New products and designs are added regularly.
Is Grumbleberry's artwork original?
Yes! Grumbleberry is an artist-created brand, and the large majority of the artwork featured on our products originates from original, hand-drawn illustrations by Becca Bleu.
Where do you ship?
Grumbleberry currently sells and ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Is shipping free?
Yep! Standard shipping is free on qualifying physical orders within the United States. No complicated shipping math required.
Where are your products made?
Many Grumbleberry physical products are made to order and manufactured and shipped by trusted production partners. Because different products may be made at different facilities, items from the same order can occasionally arrive in separate packages.
How long will my order take?
Production and delivery times vary depending on the product. Because many Grumbleberry products are made especially for your order, there is usually a production period before shipping begins. Any delivery dates shown are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Can I return something?
Eligible physical products may be submitted for return consideration if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
We do not offer exchanges.
Please see our full Refunds & Returns Policy before sending anything back.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us and send clear photographs showing the problem. We review damage, defect, misprint, and incorrect-item claims individually.
If your claim is approved, we'll arrange for a replacement at no additional product or standard replacement shipping cost. You generally won't need to mail the damaged item back.
Approved damage and defect claims receive replacements, not refunds.
What if my package is lost or says it was delivered?
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Grumbleberry no longer has physical control over it. We generally have access to the same tracking information you do, so carrier-related questions should be directed to the shipping carrier.
If tracking says Delivered but you don't see your package, give it a few days before panicking. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early, and they sometimes appear shortly afterward.
Our Shipping Policy has much more information about tracking, delayed, lost, stolen, and misdelivered packages.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as quickly as possible. If the order hasn't progressed too far, we may be able to correct it.
If an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout causes an order to require reshipping, you are responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Can I return a digital product?
No. Digital product sales are final because downloaded products cannot be physically returned.
If there is an actual technical problem with a Grumbleberry digital file, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
Do I need Procreate to use your Procreate brushes?
Yes. Products identified as Procreate brushes or Procreate resources require compatible software and hardware. Please check the individual product description and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
